As most people are aware by now, BaseCampWorkerMaxNum is locked at 15 for dedicated servers. However, some clever people figured out they were able to increase that number to 20 by using a WorldOption.sav from a single player save. When WorldOption.sav is present PalWorldSettings.ini is ignored making it difficult to change dedicated server settings So I made this tool to build a customized WorldOption.sav with all of the dedicated server settings
